I work with people like you to help them develop better relationships with the world of work. I take a holistic approach to working with my clients, building awareness and understanding across all aspects of our lives - work, family, friends, relationships, health and environment.

Throughout my career there has been a strong thread of supporting, developing, empowering others. As an HR Director I was able to lead this for an organisation. By moving into consultancy I was able to broaden and scale this impact, working with leaders across a wealth of industries to build a better world of work through smart people practices and organisational design. 

Now, as a coach, I combine all the skills I’ve developed to work with individuals to help them build better relationships with the world of work through smart life design, self awareness, and personal and professional development.

Programmes

While my coaching work typically centres on navigating the world of work, every programme of coaching is bespoke - designed with you in mind, considering your full self, how the personal and professional interact, and how to find meaning, purpose, fulfilment across all aspects of your lived experience.

My programmes start at £895 and include:

  • 6 hour-long virtual sessions delivered across 4-6 months, depending on your goals and timeframes 

  • A free initial consultation / chemistry call. 45mins 

  • Optional initial EQI assessment (additional cost)

  • Option to record and save sessions, perfect for additional reflection

  • Interim support via WhatsApp/email

  • Regular self reflections & post session action plans throughout programme

  • A 3 month post programme check-in
